An unlikely collaboration, Broken Halleluyah is prepared to take on any challenge that comes their way. Comprised of vocalists Courtney Graf and Lamont "Logic" Coleman, the duo reflects her energy and feeling of empowerment as well as his ability to feel the music.
Courtney was singing by the time she was three months old and by age five was playing the piano and guitar. Continuing to follow her passion Courtney took up theatre and began to write poems which later became songs. Being six feet tall Courtney switched her focus to modeling, which taught her to be confident as well as disciplined. Though she enjoyed modeling, Courtney was drawn back to music doing what “set her soul on fire.” Raised listening to Shania Twain, Courtney set out to inspire her listeners to feel empowered emphasizing to never letting anything stop you from following your dreams. Compelled by the freedom to belt out any message or story, Courtney was hooked to the country music genre and began fusing her soul background with instruments often used in country. Meanwhile Lamont started his career in music as a producer. Having signed many artists himself, Lamont has learned how to feel the music and does so while playing the drums and bass. Upon meeting the duo were quick to become friends and later fell in love. Writing whenever they can, whether it be in the studio or over breakfast, Broken Halleluyah values the message that they're sending to their listeners hoping to inspire courage and diversity.
