Step into Ashley Barron’s triumph and betrayal with her single “Betrayed,” the first single from her upcoming debut album, Checkmate. In this musical journey, the rising country artist invites listeners into a world where fierce moves are weaponized with melodies and lyrics that play perfectly like pieces on a chessboard. In this sonic game of love and life, “Betrayed” serves as the opening move, setting the stage for a journey of conquest over personal challenges, where every song is a strategic move and the ultimate victory is found in self-discovery. For this release, Ashley crafted a video series that took fans on a visible journey through the lyrics, highlighting not just her singing but also her acting skills. “Betrayed” is a sassy breakup song for anyone who has faced the storm of a relationship ending and is coping with infidelity.
Betrayal is an emotional experience that has inspired Ashley to transform pain and raw emotion into her songwriting. The hard-hitting song is a powerful collaboration with multi-genre Billboard Top 100 songwriter Bill Diluigi, known for his work with artists like Bonnie Tyler and Lonestar’s Richie McDonald. From the moment of infatuation to the painful realization of deceit, “Betrayed” takes listeners on an emotional journey through the highs and lows of romance. Ashley says, "Betrayed is my anthem to anyone who’s had their heart stomped on by people who didn't respect their worth. This song is a cause for celebration. To celebrate your triumph over heartbreak. To shout from the rooftops that you won't be brought down.” Building on the success of her previous singles like “Beer in a Bar,” topping the Billboard chart at #37; “The Wind,” debuting on the Billboard chart at #59 and being the second song added on country radio, eventually making its way to #37; and “Let Me Go," becoming the Top 30 song on the Music Row singles chart, Ashley’s music continues to resonate with audiences worldwide. Her 2023 single release, “Kiss a Brunette," was featured on Music Row Magazine, Cowgirl Magazine, and The Women of Country. Through Ashley’s signature blend of country-rock elements, her artistry and songwriting serve as pieces on the board of life, each unfolding a truth-telling story of personal growth. Amidst the challenges and setbacks, the power to overcome lies within. Ashley adds, "With all the songs I write, they come from my heart. They come from real experiences I suffered through. I want my listeners to know that if they've experienced this pain, they are not alone, and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.” Ashley isn’t just a musician; she’s a touring artist who brings her electrifying performances to stages across the country. She is set to perform at the National Scleroderma Walk on June 8, 2024, in Napa County, CA; the Platteville Fire Department Celebration on June 22, 2024, in Platteville, WI; the Winneshiek County Fair in Decorah, IA, with Joe Nichols on July 12, 2024; and the Dallas County, Iowa, with Craig Morganon July 13, 2024.

Country breakout artist Molly Lovette’s latest release Not Even My Ex delves into the emotions that come along with friendships and what happens when they are over. The single is now available on all digital streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and more.
Continuing into the new year, Molly Lovette is not slowing down any time soon. Following the success of her latest single, Clean Break, she is delving into a more emotional and very relatable space with Not Even My Ex. For anyone who has gone through a friend breakup, you know there is nothing easy about it. “Losing a friend is a whole different kind of heartbreak, and I'm sure we've all been there at some point in our lives,” Molly shares. “I wanted to give us a song to help navigate all of the overwhelming emotions - anger, sadness, confusion.” In writing this song, Molly says that it helped her to put words to her emotions and was a very healing process. "Breakups are a part of life, but it hurts, and I hope this song brings the same healing it did for me to anyone who hears it.” Written by Molly, alongside Amy Asher, Julia Larkin, and Megan Wilder and produced by Briana Tyson, Not Even My Ex contrasts her previous single Clean Break. One is sassy and empowering, while the other is full of empathy and fragility. These show off not only Molly’s lyricism and emotional range, but her musical range as well. With band members Ben Sailors and Luke Zajdel who also played on the song, Molly created a sense of melancholy and heartache that is palpable through her compelling vocals. With over a million streams just on Spotify, Molly has been featured in numerous TV placements, endless press interviews, national and international radio airplay, music videos airing on The Country Network and Heartland, a Forbes feature under her belt, and so much more. She has also received awards for International Artist of the Year (Live Country Sessions), Artist of the Year (Southern Fellow) and was nominated for Artist to Watch (Country Revolution). Molly is taking the world by storm and winning the hearts of country fans everywhere. She received recognition and was honored from her home state of Missouri, on behalf of Governor Michael L. Parson, for her endless dedication to her craft and for being a role model to her fans. She wrapped up an impressive year to date, touring throughout the southeast region and opening for major artists including Ashley McBryde, Dierks Bentley and Priscilla Block.
