Today, rising country artist, Stephanie Owens, drops her new single, “Inside Looking Out.” The song, which exclusively premiered on The Boot earlier this week, is available for purchase and can be streamed on all digital platforms now.
The “uplifting new song,” as The Boot calls it, was co-written by Stephanie Owens, Evan Cline, and Melissa Sheridan and co-produced by Evan Cine and Stephanie Owens. A poignant ballad that inspires others to look for the good when life goes unexpected ways, the single stays true to Stephanie’s authenticity and down-to-earth personality. “I’m excited to release "Inside Looking Out" right in time for Valentine’s Day, as I believe it will comfort those who feel lonely. It’s sometimes easy to feel stuck in a situation, and we need someone to come alongside and help us see past the moment." Owens continues, "Through my song, I hope to be that friend for anyone who needs to hear that it’s going to be okay. I can’t wait to perform this song live and hear how it resonates with fans!” Stream "Inside Looking Out" on all streaming platforms here: https://ffm.to/insidelookingout

Prominent emerging country female, Rachel Reinert has announced the arrival of her debut solo album Into The Blue due out on Friday, March 13th. Fans can get an exclusive first look at the album artwork now. Reinert took to social media for the announcement adding, “Four years in the making. It’s been a beautiful, challenging, liberating, humbling, and healing journey. These songs are my heart. My truth. My path to self-discovery. My deepest reflections.”
The album follows Reinert’s successful 2019 single “All We Have” and marks her first full-length project since her work with the hugely successful country group Gloriana. Since departing Gloriana, Rachel has honed in on crafting her California-country sound as a solo act. “I’m a huge Stevie Nicks fan. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers,” she shared with Rolling Stone. “All the music that came from that era was such an inspiration for me, so I wanted that to be the landscape. As well as my roots of being a native to California. I spent my formative years out there. But I’m also deeply rooted in the Nashville songwriting world. I wanted to find a way to marry those two concepts together.” With Gloriana, Rachel performed hits like “Wild At Heart,” and the platinum-selling “(Kissed You) Good Night.” Together the group toured with Taylor Swift, Sheryl Crow and Rascal Flatts and won multiple awards including an Academy of Country Music award for Top New Vocal Group, an American Music Award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year and a CMT Music Award. Stay tuned in to Rachel’s website and follow her on social media at @RachReinert for updates on track listing, pre-order and more. In her upcoming book “Find Your Path” Carrie Underwood shares her secrets to fitting diet and exercise into a busy schedule. Packed with recipes and workout programs including her signature Fit52 workout, you’ll be set on your path to sustainable health and wellness for life.
"I want to be healthy and fit 52 weeks of the year, but that doesn't mean I have to be perfect every day. This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time—and by that I don't mean being naughty for three days and good for four. I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year." Throughout the book, Carrie shares her personal journey towards optimal health, from her passion for sports as a kid, to the pressure to look perfect and fit the mold as she launched her career after winning American Idol, to eventually discovering the importance of balance and the meaning of true health. For Carrie, being fit isn't about crash diets or a workout routine that you're going to dread. "It’s about healthy choices and simple meals that you can put together from the ingredients in your local grocery store, and making the time, every day, to move, to love your body, and to be the best version of yourself." “Find Your Path” is available on March 3rd and can be pre-ordered here.
