Being an only child, music became a friend to Karly Driftwood. Learning to play the guitar at a young age, Karly was always bound for Nashville. Karly began working on her debut album when she arrived, writing songs to introduce herself. Her songs are based on true stories, including “Strip My Way to Nashville” about how she funded her dream and “Not Even Close” to reflect how she isn’t ready to settle down.
Recently, Karly released a music video for her track “Bake You a Cake.” Filmed in Patsy Cline’s house and climbing to over 2.5K views on YouTube, Karly is excited to see her vision on the screen. Step into a “Jungle” with Krista Angelucci. Beginning her career at the age of three, Krista has had the opportunity to perform in her home state of Massachusetts. In fact, Krista has been chosen to perform the national anthem for the Patriots.
Moving to Nashville, Krista felt overwhelmed by the many artists but quickly found it to be an encouraging environment. Remembering to be herself, Krista began writing her own music including her song “Fake Girl.” Most recently she released “Jungle,” inspired by her love of Disney and animals. Carmel is following in the footsteps of her musical parents, her dad a jazz artist and her mom a folk musician, which allowed her to grow up with many inspirations. Among those is Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, and Michael Jackson. As a teen, Carmel began to write her own music and joined a metal band. Now having pursued music professionally for twenty-five years, Carmel has discovered her love of country music, specifically the acoustic guitar. With a mom who wrote Christian music and had the opportunity to work for Dean Martin and Bob Hope, Amanda was able to pursue music professionally at the age of 16 when she toured with her band After being told Nashville was where she must take her dreams, Amanda made the move at the age of 23. However, she quickly became homesick and is overcoming the odds by having a music career in her hometown as a fulltime mom. Despite the challenge of balancing life and a career, Amanda is making a name for herself in the California country scene. With champions standing in her corner, such as Tina, the director of the Subaru Country Freedom Festival, Amanda is being given the recognition she’s been working for. With her growing success, Amanda is ready to release another album on October 9th. The album will feature 12 songs dedicated to her mother, who is battling cancer. Including songs written by Amanda and her mother, she sees the album as an opportunity to be her mother’s voice during this hard time. Entitled “Time” to represent the how music takes time, it’s time for Amanda to stand in the spotlight. Honey County Honey County is a female country trio featuring the stacked voices, songwriting and layered guitar work of bandmates Dani Rose, Devon Jane and Katie Stump. As one of Rolling Stone's “Top 10 Artists You Need To Know,” the band has maintained a busy schedule both onstage and in the studio, sharing shows with artists like Lady Antebellum, Brett Eldredge, Jake Owen and Easton Corbin. Following in their father’s footsteps, sister duo Lexanna has been surrounded by the sounds of Shania Twain, Faith Hill, and Adele growing up. Writing songs since the age of six was Lexi, whose sister Savannah recently picked up songwriting herself. Being melody based, the girls start each song with a musical track. In the coming months, the duo plans to release a new single titled “Dagger in Your Heart” followed by a full album. The album is to include ballads as well as sassy and upbeat tracks to reflect their personalities.
