A childhood star Brenda Burch was singing and even performing as a toddler. Always singing nursery rhymes on her mother’s recorder, Brenda quickly became comfortable performing and by the age of three was on stage in front of a crowd of over 2,000 people. Her first time in the studio came at the age of six when she recorded a film soundtrack and after that she was off recording children’s albums.
But it wasn’t until a producer mentioned Brenda’s twang when she choose to pursue country music. Having become inspired by Shania Twain and Carrie Underwood, Brenda began to write straight from the heart. A girl who loves a good story, Brenda wrote her single Sparks Will Fly about how it’s hard to find that person with all the right traits. A song that is relatable to many, Sparks Will Fly reached number one on the charts in Europe and made a big statement here in the US. Knowing that a song must mean something to an artist in order for them to sound authentic when performing, Brenda’s new single Take Me Back was written upon her own experiences with change. Inspiring her listeners to not fear what is ahead by saying “with every ending you can begin again”, the Take Me Back music video features Brenda among the red rock mountains of Utah. In a unique spot Brenda demonstrates how new places can be exciting as are new challenges.
