The Hobbs Sisters are ready to hit the road with the release of their latest single “Starting Fires.” Co-written with Joe Ebach who came to them with the title, “Starting Fires” is an energetic song that is guaranteed to put everyone in a good mood. Lauren and Hannah grew up in a musical household, their dad played the guitar and sang in the church choir. Growing up to 90s country, they named Shania Twain, Reba, and Dolly Parton as their role models not only as artists but as people. Twins, the Hobbs Sisters have done everything together since day one. Hannah saying, “We always came back to singing together and never entertained being solo artists. I feel lucky to have someone on this journey with me.” Their close connection can be heard in their seamless harmonies and high energy on stage. Able to make the move to Nashville, the Hobbs Sisters made their debut in 2018 with their EP “If It Wasn’t Love.” They have also had the opportunity to share the stage with Lady A, Brett Eldredge, and RaeLynn among others. Having spent the pandemic songwriting, you can expect new music from The Hobbs Sisters this year. Follow them on social media @thehobbssisters and on their website here. Author: Nicole Marchesi
