Kasey Tyndall puts rock n' roll in country with her hard-hitting sound and powerful vocals that will leave you breathless. Her musical inspirations range from Jamey Johnson to Avril Lavigne and of course, Joan Jett. Her most recent single is a duet with Dylan Marlowe. Thinking "if my granddaddy could get into heaven, so could I," Place For Me reflects on her redneck lifestyle and redefines what it means to get into heaven. Wanting a feature on it, she first thought of Dylan for his authentic country sound. She also notes, "he's one of the most genuine humans I've ever met." Place For Me was written with Jenna LaMaster, Jason Nix, and Jason Gantt. You can hear it here.
One year ago, Tyndall released Babies; a catchy and relatable song to many. It speaks to chasing her dreams while everyone around her is settling down and having babies. Now she's a mother to Sterling Gray, "It's awesome, she is incredible and already sleeping through the night. It's been such a great little roller coaster getting into the mom life." In partnership with the non-profit CreatiVets, Kasey Tyndall was at the Grand Ole Opry when visited by Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show who delivered exciting news. Disguising his visit as an opportunity to give the new mother a gift, Secor presented Tyndall with a onesie for her new baby featuring her Grand Ole Opry debut date. The date, July 19, falls on Tyndall's birthday. Secor delivered a one-two punch, offering her the opportunity to join his band Old Crow Medicine Show with an opening slot at Ryman Auditorium on December 30, which will mark Tyndall's debut at the historic venue. Hitting the road later this summer, she will open for Hank Williams, Jr. and Old Crow Medicine show. Kasey also hinted at a new single, which will have you singing at the top of your lungs.
