 Meet our 2019 Artist of the Year, Ashley McBryde. Known for “A Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega” from her debut album Girl Going Nowhere, Ashley has become a recognizable name in country music. With her label Warner Music Nashville, Ashley was awarded New Artist of the Year during the 53rd CMA Awards. This year Ashley was nominated for two Grammy Awards, one for Best Country Solo Performance, the other for Best Country Song. Ashley also released a new single to radio called “One Night Standards.” You can view the official music video below. This woman is soo awesome I remember changing the oil on her single cab Chevy at Faulk auto in Memphis Tn back In like ‘03ish she was on the way to Nashvegas after leaving her small hometown in Ar Kansas I knew she was gonna be somebody someday I couldn’t imagine it’d take her this long prob because of the guy she fell in love with in that dive bar... I’m almost 90 sober so I promise there’s hope for anyone that wants it. The desire to stop has to out way the desire to keep doing the same expecting something different. Leave a Reply. |
