Singer-songwriter Carrie Cunningham is taking her music to the next level with the release of her EP Let’s Dance. The EP, which was released this past December, features five tracks with a variety of sounds and stories. Carrie who writes of her own personal experiences, tells the story of her family in Happily. The track reflects her strong bond with her kids, especially as Carrie’s eldest child is heading off to college this year. Featuring an upbeat sound that will have you dancing around the room, Happily will turn any frown upside down.
Taking a different perspective on your classic song about drinking, You Don’t Need The Whiskey encourages that someone you care about to replace their love of whiskey with loving you. While Even When I Don’t, reminds them that you love them through times of good and bad. Our favorite track on the EP, Paper Cuts, shows Carrie’s more vulnerable side as she reflects on past memories that caused her pain. A relatable song to anyone who’s had their heart broken, Paper Cuts aims to assure listeners that they’ll persist through the pain as one heals from a paper cut. Want One Less Regret?
