Spend those hot summer days listening to Hannah Anders new single Lazy River. Raised on a small Georgia farm, Hannah’s southern influence is reflected in her music. By the age of 14, Hannah began writing songs of her own and attended Belmont University in Nashville to further her songwriting ability.
After giving Los Angeles a chance, Hannah made the move to Nashville where she currently resides. Influenced by classic rock bands, Hannah’s music has a traditional country sound. Such as her latest single Lazy River, which reminisces of the times when Hannah went tubing down the river in her hometown. The ideal summer song, Lazy River was released on June 5th.
Always in the mood for a road trip, Hannah hopes to tour this fall nationally and internationally, after her success headlining a show in Ireland.
Lazy River, the first single off Hannah’s sophomore album, can be found everywhere now and on her website at www.hannahanders.com.
I am currently a student at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles as a marketing major. Upon realizing that I wanted to change the way people perceive country music and to help women have a voice, I began The Women of Country in 2015 promoting new female artists and sharing their stories with the world.
