Urban Country Artist, Lauren Davidson, is living and loving life in the in between with the release of her new single “Somewhere In Between”. The track is the second offering and the title track from her upcoming Album that is to be released throughout the coarse of the rest of the year. After the release of her critically acclaimed EP, “Hindsight is 2020” last year, Lauren is asking, "what comes next?”, and "Somewhere In Between" provides some clues!
Blending New York City vibes with the rich tones of contemporary country music, Lauren Davidson has created a genre all her own, and audiences and critics just can’t get enough. Lauren has played shows with many big names in country music including Chase Rice, Chris Janson, Carly Pearce and Country Music Legend - Willie Nelson, to name a few, and has also created her own mini-festival called "Urban Country Jam" which has hit NJ, Boston and NYC. She has recently performed at the Barefoot Country Music Fest alongside Eric Church, Jason Aldean, and Florida Georgia Line and graced the stage at the inaugural "The Bonfire" Festival, along with Rodney Atkins.
“Somewhere In Between is the title track of my new record and one of my favorites off the album. To me it encompasses the idea of what comes next and is about starting a new relationship when you don’t really know what is it and living and enjoying and exploring that space when you meet someone new. It’s exciting to also learn a lot about yourself in that place in the in between”
