Laura Bryna is breaking jaws and hearts all through town as this country-pop singer-songwriter releases her latest single "Jawbreaker," which is currently on Country Radio and winning over fans and media alike. The catchy song filled with “sass and attitude” was written by Bryna along with Eric Sanicola and Grammy Award winner Damon Sharpe, who also produced the female empowerment anthem track.
"Jawbreaker" has been streamed over half a million times with the accompanying music video being viewed over two million times. Fans have even taken to TikTok to perform dances to the song's sassy lyrics. Laura adores her TikTok community- or “Bryniacs” as she calls them- and loves to see their takes on her music and messages; “As a songwriter, you hope to touch at least one person with your music. But it is so neat to see everyone interpreting and listening to my music on TikTok and sharing those videos.” Moving back and forth between Nashville and L.A, Laura is able to be immersed in different cultures, people, and environments. Both of these places are near and dear to her heart but “Nashville is home and home is where the heart is” and, as she says, “Nashville is where I get my sass and attitude in my music.” Growing up, Laura’s parents always told her to “not let anybody make you something you are not”- something that has carried Laura through life as well as her career in the music industry. Laura sees this same authenticity and pride in one’s work as she looks around at other women in country music. Naming a few of her favorites, she admires the work and female empowerment that Eda James, Wynonna, Taylor Swift, and more! Her favorite part of seeing women in country music is that “everyone is authentic and true to themselves.” Whether you are a new fan or a ride-or-die “Bryniac,” make sure to check out Laura’s new projects on her website https://laurabryna.com/.
