Despite growing up in a Seattle suburb, Taylor Acorn was surrounded by country music at a young age. Raised by a father who enjoyed the sounds and songs of Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson, Taylor appreciates him for introducing her to the country music scene. At the age of eight Taylor was hit with the great tragedy of losing her father to an unexpected accident, but found a way to express her love for him through her music. With writing as a coping method, Taylor hasn’t stopped since. Originally a closet singer, it wasn’t until her school announced that they were having a talent show when Taylor felt the courage to share her stories with her peers.

Once up on stage Taylor was a crowd favorite and as a perfect introduction to her as an artist Taylor just released her single Put It In a Song. Taking from experiences of her own along with a diverse collaboration of instruments, Put It In a Song places Taylor in a superior mood and she hopes it does the same for her listeners.

Taking on a new challenge Taylor recorded her first music video for Put It In a Song which created quite a buzz on YouTube. With a persistent attitude Taylor is bound for success, so make sure to follow Taylor on her socials @tayloracorn and watch her debut music video above.
