Artist Lori Rayne’s voice is unforgettable. Her deep vocals and classic lyrics attract fans of Chris Young, Kane Brown, and Alan Jackson. Lori recently released her debut EP “1926” on May 28th. Dedicated to her grandfather born in 1926, the EP is a collection of songs each telling a different story. “Sweet Talk” is an empowering track about men sweet talking women in a bar and not giving them the time of day. “Forgive Me” is an upbeat breakup song to lift someone’s spirits.
Growing up in Birmingham to country, blues, and 90s hip hop, the EP is a unique blend of sounds for everyone to enjoy. Before pursuing a career in music, she would sing around the house often making her family laugh as she tried different accents and voices. In 2017, she decided to take her talents online. A year later, she recorded her first single “Radiostation.” Lori then set out to reach more audiences, her and her band performing in local bars and festivals. In collaboration with Len Park, she released her “Hands Up,” her latest single. She will be performing locally in Alabaster, Alabama this summer.
