Once again, rising Country star, Brennley Brown, delivers a timely song “Start Again” during a very uncertain time in the world, but this time she has partnered with world renown DJ/Producer TyDi as well as his side project Wish I was. The song was a result of a cowrite between tyDi and Brown in 2019 that was the first time Brown had written with a DJ/EDM Producer. Little did Brown know, tyDi had been actively looking to collaborate with a Country vocalist and was craving the depth of a country lyric. After hearing Brown’s vocal on the demo, tyDi fell in love with her voice and asked if she would be interested in being the featured Artist on the track. This track follows Brown’s recent single “One More Hallelujah” which has received airplay on Country radio as well as substantial play listing support. Country music continues to break boundaries as Artists like Brown and tyDi bridge the gap between audiences more and more.
Many collaborations, such as Cam & Diplo’s “So Long”, Alesso and Florida Georgia Line’s “Let Me Go” have seen tremendous success thus far. TyDi and Brown hope to continue to blaze the path by marrying two widely different genres with “Start Again”. tyDi mentioned on his Instagram earlier this week that “This Friday I’m releasing a brand-new single with @brennleybrown called ‘START AGAIN’.... I think it may come as a very big surprise to you all because it doesn’t sound like anything I’ve ever made before in my life. I think we all wish things could start again, especially during these crazy times! Being off airplanes and out of the clubs has really made me want to experiment musically. I’m hoping you’ll all embrace this new record and its positive message.”
