Born and raised in Ontario, Canada to two musical parents, Callie McCullough was destined to be an artist at a young age. Often on the road with her mother touring, she later started a band with her mom which lasted for eight years. At the age of 24, Callie made the move to Nashville to pursue her own path. Callie’s music has a traditional sound that takes her back to her roots growing up to Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, and Carol King.
With the songs and a vision, Callie is set to release her solo album “After Midnight” on March 27th. The six-song is emotional and eclectic. "After Midnight" also features first-class picking from members of the Grammy-winning bluegrass band Union Station and western-swing super group The Time Jumpers. The result is a collaborative and intimate EP that laces McCullough's voice with touches of dobro, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and acoustic guitar, mixing the fresh energy of a rising star with the finesse of a hotshot backing band. The title track is about a midnight in Paris. The music video to accompany the song will have a romantic and cinematic feeling. Stay tuned for the official release and follow Callie on social media at @CallieMcMusic and on her website https://www.calliemccullough.com/.
