Originally from Kansas City, Casi Joy toured the Midwest with her family as a child. Singing since she was five years old and professionally at age ten, music came natural to her. Dipping her toes in pop and rock, Casi went back to her country roots when she auditioned for NBC’s The Voice in 2016.
Earning herself a four-chair turn, Casi chose Blake Shelton as her voice coach. On the show she learned how to define her brand, improve her stage presence, and push her voice to its fullest potential. On the show Blake Shelton praised her saying, she has this electric energy when she's on stage and has these unique things that she can do vocally. She's an edgier version of a country artist. She's old school but has a youthful energy about her. There's no stopping Casi Joy."
After The Voice, Casi hit the road. Touring with her husband and sharing the stage with Maren Morris, Keith Urban, Carly Pearce and many others. Her most notable performance being when she appeared as a performer for the Kansas City Plaza event. Writing her own music, Casi released her sophomore EP “The Bright Side” a year ago and her new single “Pour Angel” today, April 17th, 2020. About finding your guardian angel in hard times, she hopes the song brings people comfort in the uncertain times. Casi saying, “music is so comforting, and I know that so many people turn to music to feel they’re not alone.”
