Avoid a Nervous Breakdown while listening to new music from Sarah Ross

Former American Idol contestant Sarah Ross returns with the release of her EP Nervous Breakdown coming July 20th. Originally from a small town in New Jersey, Sarah has always enjoyed the southern lifestyle. By the age of 17 Sarah followed passion and auditioned for American Idol. Making it through to Hollywood, Sarah signed with a label and began writing her own music.

Writing songs which reflect her own day by day interactions, Sarah’s music is relatable and often conveys a story. Her upcoming EP Nervous Breakdown features five tracks written by Sarah herself, however the title track was written by Kacey Musgraves, Brandy Clark, Shane McAnally and Trevor Rosen. The final track on the EP, All I Want to Know, was co-written with her ex-boyfriend and speaks about opening up with someone in a relationship.

To promote the EP’s release Sarah is preparing to film a music video for nervous breakdown and reach out to radio stations across the nation.
