 After the success of her debut single, “Around the Truth,” Tezza returns with “Mercury Rising.” The catchy lyrics and upbeat tune will have you singing along. Waking up on the morning of a co-write, Tezza recalls turning on the news to hear about the heatwave that was hitting Nashville. In the moment, she thought to herself “it’s almost if you can see the mercury rising.” Bringing the concept to her co-write the song was completed in just two hours. Released on August 28th, “Mercury Rising” was added to numerous Spotify playlists and had over 50,000 streams within the week. Tezza responding “You guys are incredible, and I can’t thank you enough for all of the love and support you’ve given this song!”
In the middle of a pandemic, Tezza decided to tackle the music video herself. A DIY project, she ordered everything online and created a futuristic space theme in her living room.
