It’s hard to believe that Trinity Woodhouse is yet to graduate from high school. The Hunter Valley girl, who grew up singing songs around the campfire, has years of performing experience under her belt, but now her music is hitting the airwaves and the future is looking even brighter than those childhood campfires.
‘Bouquet’ is the first song Woodhouse wrote with Troy Kemp and as soon as it was finished, she knew she loved it. ‘It has changed so much, from when it was written to how I took it into recording to how it came out,’ says Woodhouse, ‘and I’ve loved each version of it more and more.’ The track was recorded atEndomusia Studios with Josh Schuberth, who has worked with artists including Judah Kelly, The Wolfe Brothers, John Williamson and Lyn Bowtell, the latter of whom sang back-up vocals on ‘Bouquet’. The music video is the first that Woodhouse has filmed, and she looks back on it as one of her greatest memories as an artist. ‘I still can’t believe that this is the stage that my music is at,’ she says. ‘These are things I only dreamed about as a kid, so to be there on the day of filming – smiling, laughing, feeling every moment – was so surreal.’ The video was produced by Duncan Toombs from The Filmery at Buttai Barn. It’s a light-hearted look at a speed dating scenario with four not-so-desirable guys as the potential dates. ‘It’s a bit of fun, just like the song,’ says Woodhouse, who is still riding the high of the whole process. It’s refreshing, given her already impressive career, which has seen her win the ICMA Patti McKinnon Award for Emerging Artists and make the semi-finals of the 2019 Gympie Muster Talent Quest. Woodhouse has also performed at the Tamworth County Music Festival every year since 2017 and headlined the 2020 Macksville Muster. Add to this a number of impressive supports and performances with, or alongside, artists like Troy Kemp, Matt Scullion, Damien Leith and The Wolfe Brothers, and you’ve got a recipe for sustained success in the future. Having been awarded the ‘Young Female Achiever of the Year’ Australia Day Award at the Cessnock area’s 2020 Australia Day Ceremony, Woodhouse has already captured the hearts and ears of her local region. Now, ‘Bouquet’ is set to build on Woodhouse’s debut single ‘Me and Sandy’ and introduce her to a national audience, and she’s unlikely to stay a bridesmaid clutching the bouquet for long.

Author: Nicole Marchesi Two years ago, Emily Kate would have never imagined she would be where she is now. Her debut single, “Giant” is now streaming on Sirius XM radio. She sings, “One day I’m going to shake the ground because I can do everything I want to, I can be anything.” Emily now gives the same advice to new artists saying, “If you surround yourself with the right people, take any opportunity that comes your way, and believe in yourself - then anything is possible.”
The fast-rising Canadian country singer/songwriter grew up in Toronto, Ontario. Growing up as a triplet, she was incredibly active and played many sports. She was always the one humming tunes around the house and singing in the shower. Her musical family impacted her life in unforgettable ways. After graduating from Laurier University with a degree in Business, she was at a crossroads. Knowing that she would never be happy settling for an office job, she believed in herself and knew she had a dream to chase. Emily feels truly happy when songwriting, singing, and performing. The deep connection felt between the music and the audience is what makes her feel right at home. She has no doubt that this is what she was born to do and will continue to do for the rest of her life. As an emerging artist, she feels that it is important for her songs to represent her life and journey. All of Emily’s songs are thought provoking and provide important life lessons to the listener. Feeling inspired by the storytelling of artists like Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Kelsea Ballerini, and Tenille Townes, Emily knew that she wanted to connect to her audience in the same way. Working with Publicity Nation, a PR company based out of Nashville, and with her producer, Shawn Moore, she has been able to focus on releasing new music.
