Moving to Nashville at only 23 years old was a no brainer for Taryn Papa, a pop-country singer, looking to blend catchy pop melodies with country music’s ability to tell the greatest stories. Inspired by the likes of Shania Twain, Martina McBride, Kelly Clarkson, Faith Hill, and so many more, it is no wonder her latest release “Can’t Catch My Heart” is likely to ignite a spark in your 90s country heart that keeps you hanging on wanting to hear more.
Stepping on a stage with her uncle’s band for the first time when she was 18, she just knew music was her passion and that singing for a crowd was her definition of home. Taryn Papa felt there was no “greater reward than living the dream while bringing joy to others along the way.” When you are first starting out in any career; things are never easy. Taryn knows this very well and encourages all new artists to “never forget why you fell in love with music” and most importantly “don’t lose sight of what makes you unique!” Taryn Papa is excited for the chapters to come and is set to release a new single very soon! This will be a song she wrote when she first moved to Nashville. She described it as a “song way before its time,” but believes that it is ready to be released into the world, again, very soon!
