The music never stops for new artist Liv Austen who first performed in her church choir, later learning how to play the piano and write songs of her own. In high school Liv received the support of her parents and set out as an independent artist.
Now signed to NUA Entertainment Liv can’t wait to share her music globally. Her newest release The Next Time was written about a break up between friends with a message to be better next time. Liv hopes that her music is relatable and reflects her new sound of blending her country roots with sounds of pop. Also choosing to pursue country music for the ability to sing about anything she chooses, Liv can’t wait to travel to Nashville and collaborate with as many artists as she can.
Working on a new album as well as a single to be released in January, Liv is excited to continuing sharing her story with the world. So make sure to stay tuned for more from Liv Austen by following her on Facebook and Twitter @LivAusten and on her website at http://www.livausten.com/.
I am currently a student at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles as a marketing major. Upon realizing that I wanted to change the way people perceive country music and to help women have a voice, I began Next Women of Country in 2015 promoting new female artists and sharing their stories with the world.
